Remote Assistance
For those of you trying to learn how to use computers,
we can actually connect to your computer (no matter where you are) and
show you the basics, as long as you have a internet connection. Or,
if you know how to use your computer, but are having any other sort
of problem (e.g. need help installing new software), we can also help.
Rebuilding Computers
Is your computer on the fritz? Need to put in replacement
or new parts? We may be able to help (depending on location) or at least
offer verbal assistance.
Computer Setup and Configuration
Bought a new computer and not know how to set it up?
If you are located near us, we can help. If not, then we can offer verbal
assistance.
After you have your computer on the internet, we can
connect to you and help set things up just to meet your needs.
